How to request a transcript:

The request must be in writing. Please include your full name, year of graduation, date of birth, and address where you would like the transcript mailed.  (Include maiden name if applicable.) 
Mail requests to the address below.  
If you prefer to pick up your transcript in the counseling center, please email requests to lindsay.nickell@covingtonisd.org  prior to pick up.

FOR CURRENT STUDENTS

Please come fill out the request for transcript form in the counseling office. Mrs. Nickell will process it. The form asks students to list how they would like it sent, either directly to the college or for pick up in our office.
