Student Transfer Application

The completion of this application is a request for out-of-district transfer only. The request is not granted until the Superintendent’s signature appears on the Out of District Student Transfer Agreement.

If your student was a transfer at CISD during the 2025-2026 school year, you do not have to collect the required documents but you must complete the application and agreement.
